Sandra “Sandy” S. Rehfeldt, age 76, of Quincy died on September 22, 2025 in Blessing Hospital. Sandra was born July 22, 1949 to Robert Henry and Marie Marshall. She married James Lee Rehfeldt, Jr. October 31, 1967, in St. Louis, MO. He preceded her in death on December 19, 2011.

Sandy was employed by various jobs throughout her life. Upon retirement she volunteered at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy. In her free time she enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.

Sandy is survived by her five children: Michelle Conkle (Tony), Tammy Rehfeldt (Norman), Joshua Rehfeldt (Deanna), Angela Rehfeldt, and James Rehfeldt and his wife Ronda.

Two sisters: Bonnie Brown and Joan Anderson and a brother, Jim Marshall.

Fourteen grandchildren: Trevor Conkle and his wife Danyel; Emily and Olivia Biswell; Tara Patheal (Richard); Brittany Patheal (Devin); Neven, Zahlea and Asher Patheal; Jaycee Downs (Cody); Jadin Downs (Brevohn); Aldin, Shaleen, and Jevin Rehfeldt; and Braylynn Hills.

Eight great grandchildren: Kalel and Natalia Green; Ryker and Madixx Patheal; Freya Shoop; Kiamere Downs; Cohen Sohn; and Heavenly Rehfeldt.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four brothers, Robert C., Leo, Mike and Jack Marshall, and two sisters, Rose Christ and Sharon Bose.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery at the Illinois Veteran’s Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family for funeral expenses.
