Robert Dwain Lange, 56, was born December 8th, 1969, in Joliet, Illinois to Ernest and Janet (Moit) Lange. Robert married Michelle Baehr on November 24th, 2010. Robert passed away May 9th, 2026, in Blessing Hospital after a long battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle C. (Baehr) Lange, sons Luke (Janet) Lange, Joshua Vaupel-Lange, Benjamin (Grace) Lange and stepchildren Zachary Selby, Tristin (Emily) Selby and Chadde’a (Steven) Calef. Grandchildren Skai, Sawyer, Joshua Jr., Ivy, Emberlyn and Aelin. Brothers Guy (Krystal) Lange, Shane (Lisa) Lange, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Janet Lange and brothers Donald Mandrel, James Lange and sister Tracy Lange-Smith and one son Timothy Lange.

Robert enjoyed dart and pool league and motorcycles. He was a devoted family man and provider who loved his family and took great care of all around him. He had a strong faith in God.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date. Arrangements are with the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home.
