Lisa Hamann
Lisa Hamann, born December 3, 1973, passed away on July 9, 2026, at the age of 52.
Known affectionately as “Momma Lisa” or better “MeMe” to all her friends, she was like a mother to many. Her warm heart and wild free spirit touched everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her son: Jeffrey Pollock
Daughter: Jamie (Cassie) Powell
Grandchildren: Jeffrey Pollock II, Carter Pollock, Hannah Offord, Anthony Ionson, Jason Poling, Quinn Powell, and Josie Powell
Great-grandchild: Hudson Williams
Lisa will be deeply missed by her family and all those who called her Momma Lisa. May her memory bring comfort and her love continue to guide those she left behind.
