Leo Lenz, age 70, of Liberty, died on Friday, February 16, 2024. He was born on June 24, 1953 in Quincy, the son of Eugene ‘Gene’ and Antonine (Huber) Lenz.

Leo was an accomplished woodworker. In younger years, he liked horseback riding and old cars. In later years, he enjoyed sitting in the shade and watching the day go by.

Leo is survived by:
SIBLINGS: Nancy Peters and her husband Tony; John Lenz; Jim Lenz and his wife Chris, and Paul Lenz and his wife Sonya.
Numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Leo was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Mark, Larry, and Lloyd Lenz.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Leo’s life will take place at a later date. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
