Jill Ellen Cobb, 76, of Quincy, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. She was born on February 16, 1950, in Quincy, to D.R. and Myrtle (Oberdahlhoff) Watkins. On July 11, 1970, she married Phillip D. Cobb, who survives.

She was a caregiver for over 40 years. Jill was an avid NASCAR and World of Outlaws fan. She and Phillip traveled to racetracks across the country on their motorcycle, making many memories along the way. She also enjoyed traveling, including a family trip with her sister to Puerto Vallarta. She attended many of Phil’s ball games, and they liked spending time at the Moose Club.

In addition to her husband, Jill is survived by her children: Brooke Cobb, Phillip D. Cobb Jr, and Cory C. Cobb.

Grandchildren: Jasmine, Jax, Brittni, Breana, Phillip III, Braylinn, Kayley and Karley.

Great-grandchildren: Amari and Adilynn.

Two sisters: Judy (Mike) Veihl and Jann (Lee) Harris.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers: Jack Watkins and Bill Watkins.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at Curtis Creek Senior Living on Friday, June 19, 2026 from 4:00-7:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Brooke Cobb. Service arrangements are with the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home.
