Jeff Jones
Jeff “Oz” Jones, 58, of Quincy, IL, died on Saturday, May 18, 2024, in his home. He was born on March 17, 1966. He married Kelly Thomas in a Handfasting ceremony on Friday, October 13, 2015 in Quincy. She survives.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his parents, O.A. and Ann (Echternkamp) Jones.
The family would like to thank the Hannibal Cancer Institute, Hannibal Regional Hospital and all the medical staff who helped us on this journey. Your dedication and support meant so much to us.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 1:30 pm at Woodland Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to the graveside service. You are also invited to stand and share your memories of him. After the service you are invited to a catered meal at the Sunset Home Hall.
Memorials can be made to Freedom from Religion Foundation, Inc. The Duker and Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Sorry for your loss. Jeff was a friend who kept life interesting when we ran together in our 20s. Met up again in the last decade and Jeff was there with his sweetheart Kelly and Jeff was as interesting to talk to as ever. Always a little odd but polite and kind. Kelly will be in our thoughts and prayers.
