Dean Michael Howell
Dean Michael Howell, age 69, of Quincy, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on May 1, 2024. He was born on December 15, 1954 in Quincy the son of Frank Junior and Martha Gertrude (Harman) Howell. He married Diana Parsons on April 12, 2010. She survives. Dean did road and bridge construction and was also a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
In addition to his wife, Dean is also survived by:
SONS: Ross Howell (Deana) and Josh Howell (Kathy)
STEP-SON: Joe Lollar
STEPDAUGHTERS: Tammy Mayes (Richard), Kim French (Dave), Julie Springett (Douglas) and Tara Bower (Chris).
SISTER: Cindy Gullick (Terry)
SISTER-IN-LAW: Bonita Howell.
Numerous grandchildren, step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and other relatives survive.
Dean was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Dale Howell, a daughter Robin in infancy and a grandchild Clayton in infancy.
Cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services are planned at this time. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
