Dan Neuman
Dan Neuman, age 61, of Hannibal, and formerly of Quincy, passed away on November 29, 2025, at his home.
Born January 29, 1964, in Quincy. Dan was the beloved son of Robert and Carlene (Holtschlag) Neuman
Dan graduated from Quincy Senior High School and went on to study Agriculture- a natural extension of his deep connection to the land and rural life. For more than two decades, Dan devoted himself to the family farm.
Outside of his work, Dan embraced the simple, meaningful joys of life. He was an avid fisherman and hunter who found peace in the outdoors. He enjoyed traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family. His warm presence and easy laugh created countless cherished memories for those fortunate enough to know him.
Dan is survived by his children, Kevin Neuman of North Carolina and Danielle Neuman of Quincy; his brother David Neuman of St. Louis, Missouri; and many grandchildren, extended family members, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mike Neuman.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A visitation will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025 from 10:00am-12:00pm in the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home. A private family burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery. Service arrangements are with the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home.
When I met Dan, I knew he would be someone I would be able to talk with. Very nice and caring. He will be missed. Always called him Alaska !
Rest in peace old buddy and friend thanks for all humor we shared
