Cathleen Charlotte Knight, age 56, of Quincy, died on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in her home. Cathleen was born on August 1, 1967 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Alfred and Maryann (Warren) Rudek. She married Michael Knight on March 9, 1991 in Chicago, and he survives.

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.
Her pets, and all animals brought her great joy.

Cathleen is survived by her husband, Michael, and three children: Mary (John) Smiles of River Grove, IL, Robbie (Daniele) Miller of Quincy, Heather Ortiz of Quincy.

Grandchildren: Nathan, Briana, John, Kaylee, Jordan, Liam, Emma, Alliza and Javi. One brother, Robert (Lily) Rudek of Cary, IL and one brother-in-law Robert Knight of Quincy; nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Robbie Gene Miller, III and her best friend of fifty years, Kathy Paul.
