William Carl Oliver, age 35, of Taylor, MO, formerly of Quincy, died on Sunday, December 16, 2012 due to injuries sustained in an accident. He was born on June 3, 1977 in Newport News, VA the son of William Morris, Jr. and Linda D. Faircloth. He married Poshia Shaffer on October 16, 2007. She survives.

William attended Quincy Senior High School. He worked at the Patio Restaurant for the past 7 years. He enjoyed watching football and baseball. He liked playing video games, being with family and friends. He also loved his dog like one of his kids.

HIS FATHER: William Morris, Jr.
PATERNAL GRANDFATHER: William Morris, Sr.
FIVE CHILDREN: Kelly Powell, Cody Mitchell, Leah Oliver, Lexus Oliver, Leslie Oliver.
TWO SISTERS IN LAW: Sonja Brotherton and Jennifer Gosnell
Aunts, Uncles and numerous other relatives also survive.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at The Crossing, 48th & Maine. Memorials may be made to the family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
