William A. “Bill” Knuffman, age 90, of the St. Vincent Home, formerly of Liberty, died on Monday, December 24, 2012 in the Home. He was born on October 15, 1922 in Adams County, the son of Frank P. & Clara R. (Meyer) Knuffman. Mr. Knuffman was a lifelong farmer in the Liberty area. Bill enjoyed hunting and gardening. He was also a long time member of St. Brigid Catholic Church.

He is survived by:
ONE SISTER: Irene Baucom and her husband James Baucom, Sr. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Caroline C. Schenk and her husband Earl and Dorothy V. Rossmiller and her husband Paul.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 10:30 in St. Brigid Catholic Church in Liberty, IL. Interment in St. Brigid Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 until the time of the services. Memorials may be made to St. Brigid Church or to the St. Vincent Home. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
