Betty, Jean, Mary, Paul and families, What a beautiful legacy Virgil has left for all of us to emulate! He was a joy to know; was a true gentle-man in all aspects of that word. We so enjoyed visiting with him whenever we were in Quincy. He always had a smile and a handshake or hug for us. Know that we are praying for all of you as you grieve but we also know Virgil is now at peace with Christ. God’s many blessings to you with our love, Dave & Jan

My dad, Lloyd A. Heinz, thought a lot of Virgil. I remember him talking about the good work Virgil did at the K of C. My dad was a Grand Knight in 1963 (if I remember correctly). He always appreciated the good works of Virgil. I send my deepest sympathy to his family.
