Dear Dean, Alan, Curtis, Tammy and Debbie. I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I worked with Vi for many years in the Water Department and enjoyed her quick wit, her many unique sayings and her love of life. She especially loved all of you and talked proudly of each and every one of you. I am sure that your mom will be sorely missed by all of you. May you find peace during this difficult time. Lisa Rapp
