Vincil L. Magruder, age 55, of Quincy, IL, died on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 in his home. He was born on November 26, 1959 in Hannibal, MO, a son of Richard V. & Madge L. (Ball) Magruder. He married Donna Engler on July 31, 2010 in Maine.

He graduated from Springfield Illinois High School. He attended Union Baptist Church.

Vincil enjoyed fishing as his favorite pastime.

In addition to his wife; Donna, Survivors also include a brother; Keith Magruder, a sister; Zelberta Magruder, an aunts and uncles including; Doris Mims, and Phil Ball & Ed Ball, also 2 special great uncles; Orville Minter & Willard Minter. A host of many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and private services are planned. Duker and Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
