Tina M. Woodworth, age 56, of Fowler, IL, died on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 in her home. She was born on October 20, 1966 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Walter ‘Gene’ and Pat (Woosley) Meyers. She married Alan Woodworth on August 16, 2001. He survives.

In addition to her husband, Tina is survived by:
A DAUGHTER: Allison Woodworth
BROTHERS: Jonnie Meyers and Ronnie Meyers
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation rites will be accorded, and no formal services are planned at this time. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
