Thomas W. Norfolk age 40, of Lakeshore Hills, Fowler, IL died on Friday, Sept. 29, 2017 at 7:49 p.m. in Quincy. Thomas was born August 15, 1977 in Hannibal, MO, the son of Vernon Norfolk, Sr. and Jeanie Dameron.

Thomas was a welder by trade for the past 20 years. He was most recently employed by Rack Builders. He was a 1995 graduate of Perryville, MO High School.

He was of the Christian faith. Thomas was happy-go-lucky, he liked going fishing and hanging-out with his friends. He loved playing basketball and played in many Gus Macker Tournaments.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Jeanie and Leonard Tournear of Fowler, IL; his maternal grandmother Rosemary Dameron of Quincy;
his son, Dalton Thomas Norfolk of Mexico, MO;
a brother, Vernon Norfolk, Jr. of Missouri;
two step brothers, Andy Tournear of Fowler and Leonard (Annie) Tournear of Quincy;
two step-sisters, Lindsey (Terry) Snook of Quincy and Laura Tournear McCully of Bevier, MO.
His aunts, Julie Bruce of Hannibal; Mary Bryant of Quincy and Sue (Michael) Behrens also of Quincy. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his father, his maternal grandfather, paternal grandparents, his sister, Robin Munch and her children, Angela, Philip and Nathan Munch.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Greenmount Cemetery by Rev. V. Lee Amsler. There is no visitation, but friends and family are invited to attend the graveside services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family. Arrangements are with the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.
