Thomas F. Requet

Thomas F. Requet, age 83, of Quincy, IL , died on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in Blessing Hospital. He was born on September 7, 1934 in Quincy the son of Carl & Virginia (Bernhardt) Requet. Tom worked for the former St. Mary Hospital and then Blessing Hospital for many years until his retirement.

Tom enjoyed music and books. Earlier in life, he also liked gardening.

He is survived by:
FIVE SIBLINGS: Carol J. Armstrong, Mary ‘Pat’ Requet, David Requet, James Requet and Judith Goodwin.
Nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and other relatives also survive.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John Paul Requet.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no formal services are planned. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

    Ohhhh so many years I have known you all thru my Auntie Em.. and then I saw Tom some at Blessing. My sincere sympathy to each of you.. A great family!! Tom had a great smile!

    Carol, I am very saddened to hear of the death of your brother. Please share my condolences with all your family. We were neighbors many many years ago. You lived on Cherry and we on 7th just around the corner.
