Theresa J. King
Theresa J. King, age 67, of Paloma, IL, died on Monday, December 5, 2022 in St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. She was born on October 15, 1955 in Muscatine, IA.
She married Leo ‘Junior’ King. He preceded her in death.
Teri worked as a shipping clerk for Titan Wheel. She was a member of the Crossing. Teri loved her dogs and cats. She was a big St. Louis Cardinals fan. She also enjoyed fishing, camping and playing bingo on the computer.
She is survived by:
A DAUGHTER: Melissa Kindhart
SIBLINGS: Richard Strieker (Bev), Debra Trone, and John Strieker.
Nieces, nephews and other relatives survive.
In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, Bernard Strieker and Delores (Slaughter) Strieker.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 11:30 until the time of the services at 1:00. Memorials may be made to the Quincy Humane Society. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
