Terrance Marvin Welte, age 55, of Quincy, Illinois, formerly of Kirksville, Missouri, died on Friday, September 7, 2007 in Blessing Hospital. Graveside services and military inurnment will be held on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. at Sunset Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday at the V.F.W., 600 Payson Avenue, Quincy, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.. All friends and family are welcome. Memorials may be made to the family.
