Taylor A. Vinson

Taylor A. Vinson, age 58, of Quincy, died on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in his home. He was born on July 28, 1959 in Quincy, the son of Raymond Robert & Catherine (Taylor) Vinson. Taylor had worked at Manchester Tank for the last ten years. He liked the Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Cubs. Taylor had such a big heart, he would help anyone. To know him was to love him.

He is survived by:
A SISTER: Della Peters and her husband Jeff of Quincy.
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Taylor was preceded in death by his father Raymond Vinson and his mother Catherine Sidner along with a brother Robert D. Vinson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of the services. Memorials may be made to the Charity of the Donor’s Choice.

    I am a nurse at BPS Clinic for Dr. Ginos, I have been taking care of Taylor for many years. I’m sorry I missed his service, I did go to the cemetery but I was too late. I am so very sorry for your loss. He was a great person and a very determined young man. I will miss him so much.
