Tammy Lynn Mullen, age 55, passed away on September 1, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of Christopher Mullen for over 35 years. Tammy was preceded in death by her father Friedhelm Heuer, her grandparents, and her nephew Blake Genenbacher. She was the loving daughter of Sherry Heuer (nee Hawe), the loving mother of Sean Patrick Mullen and Kevin Ray Mullen. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Brylee Hood, Alana Donnelly, Emmett Mullen, Caanan Mullen, brother Scott Heuer, sister Christine Heuer Leinbach, other relatives and dear friends.

Tammy graduated in 1986 from Quincy Notre Dame High School and received her master’s degree in Library Science from Clarion University. Tammy was a Department of Defense civilian employee since 2009. She enjoyed traveling, going to the movies, candy but most of all she loved her family especially her grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 9, 2022 at Greenmount Cemetery. Family will meet friends from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Duker & Haugh Funeral Home in Quincy. Memorials are suggested to Illinois Veteran’s Home, Activity Fund.
