Spring ‘Beth’ Harscher
Spring E. ‘Beth” Harscher, age 58, of Quincy, died on December 9, 2020 in Keokuk, IA. She was born on October 17, 1962 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Thomas and Doraetta (Powell) Day. She married John Harscher. He preceded her in death.
Beth loved spending her time with her family. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she dearly loved the time spent baking with her grandchildren. She also dearly loved the Holidays and her cat, “Bella”.
She is survived by:
TWO CHILDREN: Jennifer Kelly (Roger) of Quincy; and Ryan Harscher (Jennifer) also of Quincy.
STEP-SON: Brad Harscher (Alishia) of Quincy
GRANDCHILDREN: Peyton and Paige Kelly and Trevor Harscher & Will Hayden
STEP-GRANDCHILDREN: Kenzie and Kendra Harscher
ONE SISTER: Barbara McDowell (Melvin)
A SPECIAL NIECE: Megan McDowell.
Numerous other relatives and friends survive.
In addition to her husband, Beth was also preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a private burial will take place at the Sunset Cemetery of the Illinois Veterans Home The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is n charge of the arrangements.
