Shirley D. Casey, age 74, of 2211 Elm, died on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. She was born on March 29, 1938 in Quincy, IL the daughter of Gerald & Vivian (Trusley) Masters. She married William Dennis Casey on January 12, 1956 in Quincy. He preceded her in death in 1973. Shirley was of the Baptist Faith. She enjoyed TV and shopping. However, her number one concern was her family.

She is survived by:
FOUR CHILDREN: Sherrie Lohman and her husband Philip of Quincy; Karrie Casey of Quincy; Ronald Casey of Quincy and Russell Casey of Festus, MO.
SIX GRANDCHILDREN: Tina Rosenstengle and her husband Justin; Martha Chezem and her husband William; Matthew Lohman and his wife Tasia; Karrie Russell and her husband Bill; Khristina E. Pepper and her significant other David Tieken and Marlena Pepper and her significant other Albert Finney, Jr.
21 great-grandchildren
THREE SISTERS: Wilma Powell, Geraldine Schoonover, and Elsie Melton
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter Linda Ditto, along with numerous other family members.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 1:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.
