Shirley B. Warning

Shirley B. Warning, age 88, of the Quincy Healthcare and Senior Living Center, formerly of Liberty, IL, died on Friday, February 4, 2022. She was born on March 30, 1933 in Quincy the daughter of Floyd and Irene (Goodwin) Walton. She married Lloyd Warning, Sr., on February 11, 1950. He preceded her in death in August of 1995.

Shirley was a member of Liberty Christian Church.

She is survived by:
TWO CHILDREN: Deborah Bowler (Harold) of Liberty and Lloyd ‘Sonny’ Warning (Terri Dickerson)
GRANDSON: Harold Bowler, Jr.
SIBLINGS: Ronnie Walton, Raymond Walton (Nancy); Gary Walton and Lois Darnell.
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Shirley was preceded in death by her brothers; Mike, Ed and Larry Walton.

Per Shirley’s wishes, cremation rites were accorded and no formal services are planned. Inurnment in Xander Cemetery will take place at a later date. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
