    The Platt Family,

Leo and I were unable to come to visitation and attend the funeral, but we wanted to tell you how sorry we were, at the loss of your mother. You all have had a hard year with the loss of your father, as well. Know that they are in a much better place, together, and feel no pain.
    Again, our condolences.

    Diane and Leo Utterback
