Sheila A. Enright

Sheila A. Enright, age 72, of Illinois Veterans Home, died on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in the Home. She was born on September 16, 1948 in Quincy the daughter of Ralph and Theda (Blake) Boll.

Sheila was an LPN working for many years at the Illinois Veterans Home.

She served her country in the United States Marine Corps as a nurse during the Vietnam War.

Sheila enjoyed visiting yard sales, bowling and gambling.

She is survived by her children: James R. (Nichole) Casey of Coatsburg, IL and Jay M. (Jessica) Enright of Quincy; twelve grandchildren: Brentt (Keela) Casey, Brittany Casey, C.J. Rudicil, Justin L. Casey, Sebastian Dyer, Talyn Dyer, Kayla Enright, Victoria Enright, Samantha Enright, Zoey Curd, Alexis Beswick and Breanne Beswick; aand thirteen great grandchildren.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Services are pending.

    I am so saddened to hear of Sheila’s passing. We went to Quincy Beauty Academy together. Sheila was always so much fun in class and she had a real talent for hairstyling. My condolences to her family.

    She was such a funny co-worker. I really enjoyed working with her she got me laughing all the time. Made my day go by a whole lot easier. You will be missed Sheila. Rest in peace my friend.
