Shawn Straube, age 43, of Swann’s Special Care Center in Champaign, IL died on Friday, August 14, 2020 in Champaign. He was born on September 28, 1976 in Quincy the son of Mary Ann Francis.

Shawn is survived by:
HIS MOTHER: Mary Ann Burton
HIS STEP-FATHER: Larry Burton (Laura)
TWO SISTERS: Brandy Nixon (Perry) and Joanna Burton
AUNTS AND UNCLES: Kay Bradley, Lori Wegs (Steve), Joyce Emerick (Guy) and Michael Francis (Theresa).
Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives also survive.

Shawn was preceded in death by uncles: Kenny Francis, Leon Francis and Chuck Francis.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 PM until the time of the services at 6:00 PM. Memorials may be made to the family.
