Sharon L. Tanna
Sharon L. Tanna, 72, of Quincy, died Thursday, January 26, 2023 at her home.
She was born July 21, 1950 in Frederick, MD, the daughter of Leonard and Shirley Erich Jacobs. She married Dan Tanna on May 27, 1995 in Middletown, MD and he survives.
She is also survived by her four daughters, Esther Baumgardner, Rachel (Anthony) Bowen, Rebekah (Brian) Johnson and Sarah (Tyrel) Rice; twelve grandchildren, Jason, Mara, Malin, Preston, Harley, Corey, Joshua, Gabriel, Missy, Tyler, Hailie and Raven; five great-grandchildren, Nathanial, Harrison, Sylas, Kalvin and Tomorrow; four siblings, Arty Jacobs, Wayne Erich, Susan Erich and Debbie (James) Langley; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Tanna was employed as an executive secretary for Allied Defense Group and most recently served as secretary at Bethel Assembly of God in Quincy. Sharon enjoyed flower gardening, craftwork and was an exceptional cook. She loved the beach and was strong in her faith where she loved spending time with God.
A funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at Bethel Assembly of God. Family will meet friends from 10 AM until time of services at the church prior to services. Memorial are suggested to Bethel Assembly of God Church. Condolences may be shared online with the family at www.dukerandhaugh.com. Duker and Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
