Sandra L. “Sandy” Lewis, age 69, of Quincy, died on Saturday, October 2, 2021, in Blessing Hospital. Sandy was born on June 28, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan to Joyce Jenkins.

Sandy was a proud homemaker and cherished the time spent with her family, especially with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved flowers, being outdoors, unicorns, snacking on fireball candy and animal crackers and collecting jewelry.

Sandy is survived by her two children, Jimmy Lewis of Quincy and Kristi Prince of Lebanon, TN; a grandson: Jimmy Lewis, Jr. of Quincy and two granddaughters, Tiffany Conry (T.J.) of Lebanon, TN, and Amber Lewis of Belleville, MI; three great grandchildren, Gaige, Skye and Kylie; three sisters, Sharon Stollings (Roger), Betty Gooch and Catherine Gooch.

Sandy was preceded in death by her mother; one sister, Mary Johannah; and one brother, Max “Mickey” Gooch.

Cremation has been accorded to Sandy. No formal services are planned for her at this time. Arrangements are in the care of the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home.
