Sandra Kay McMullen, age 69, of 916 N.5th, died on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 5:39 p.m. in Blessing Hospital. She was born on August 4, 1947 in Quincy, the daughter of Lawrence A. and Maxine I. (Rudsell) Lake. Sandra first married Charles E. Dailing, Jr. and later married Jerry McMullen.

Sandra had been a cook at several local taverns and a nurse’s aide before her illness. She was of the Christian faith. Sandra enjoyed baking and decorating cakes, gardening and cooking. Sandra was a member of the Rocky Point Club.

She is survived by two daughters: Becky Cadwallader, of Frankford, MO and Tammy Snyder of Quincy; A companion Walter Roberts, two grandchildren Melisa Fenton (Seth), of Quincy and Ashley Conrad (Kyle) of Frankford, Mo and a great-grandchild Colt Conrad, dear friends, Marilyn Hodgin, Donna Spray and Sharon Gieselman all of Quincy. Cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson, Charles Eric Dailing Matson, a sister, Shirley Dailing and an uncle, James Lake.

Funeral services are private. Memorials may be made to the family in care of Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.
