Sally E. Hall
Sally E. Hall, age 75, of Sunset Apartments, formerly of 1538 Spring Street, Quincy, died on Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in Sunset Home. She was born on June 26, 1934 in Quincy, Illinois a daughter of George F. and Jessie H. (Ohlendorf) Schultz. She married Dale F. Hall on April 27, 1953 in Palmyra, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2007.
Sally worked part-time at Motorola and Moorman’s Stock Room. She was also a housewife.
She loved flowers, doing yard work, and she enjoyed socializing and visiting with friends and family. She had fun going to “the boat” in LaGrange. She was also an Elvis fan.
Sally was baptized at Salem Evangelical United Church of Christ and had most recently attended The Crossing.

THREE DAUGHTERS: Deborah Vonder Haar and her husband Bill of Camp Point, Marlene Sue Hoener and her husband Mike of Quincy, and Vicky Newbrough and her husband Robert of LaPlata, MO;
SEVEN GRANDCHILDREN: Amy Mock and her husband Dennis, Becky Owsley and her husband Rick all of Quincy, Laura McCully of Macon, MO, Leonard Tournear of Quincy and Lindsay Tournear of Carthage, Amanda Newbrough and Sara Newbrough both of Macon, MO;
GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Kasey Schuster, Kurtis Schuster, Devin Mock, Paige, Kailey, Jenna, & Carley Owsley, Lauren and Laycee McCully, Leonard Jr., and Lucus Tournear, Andrew, and Adam Tournear. ONE SISTER: Nancy A. Wentling and her husband Rev. R.T. of Topeka, KS
Nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Dale, a brother, John F. Schultz, and two sisters, Jean E. Scheufele Peters, and Kathleen M. “Kay” Beckett.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home by Pastor Nathan Rector. Interment will be in Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday evening from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to Blessing Foundation for HOSPICE or Blessing Cancer Center. www.dukerandhaugh.com

talk about Dale he was a fun man always made
