Rylie Perkins Dean, newborn child of Shelby Perkins and Ricky Dean, died on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 in Blessing Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Hope Lutheran Church. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Hope Lutheran Church on Monday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of the services at 11:00. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
