Rosene M. Lehner

Rosene M. Lehner, age 84, of 2925 Spring Street, died on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 3:59 AM in Blessing Hospital. She was born November 19, 1930 in her home in Quincy, a daughter of George & Emma (Steinway) Sibbing. She married Eugene R. Lehner on March 17, 1952 in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on October 23, 1998.
Rosene was a 1949 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She was a home maker. She was a devoted Catholic and longtime member of St. Mary’s Parish and currently a member of the Church of St. Peter. She loved her family, and being a wife, mom and grandma. She baked treats for special occasions. Rosene was generous, kind, gentle and she always put others first.

She is survived by:
FIVE CHILDREN: Gerrianne Fuller, Matthew E. Lehner, Wayne Lehner and his wife DiAnna, Emlyn “Emy” and her husband Don Hilgenbrinck, Mollie and her husband Don Hoffman all of Quincy.

GRANDCHILDREN: Terry Fuller, Jr. and his wife Sherri, Jennifer Burner and her husband Brian, Kyle Fuller and his wife Holly, Shawn M. Lehner and his wife Erin, Brock J. Lehner and Gabriella Wollett, Codi-lynn R. Lehner, Jonnette Baze and her husband Brad, Anthony “Tony” Lehner and his fiancee Shae Myers, Luke Hilgenbrinck and his fiancee Jessica Moyers, Jessica Hilgenbrinck, Chad Hilgenbrinck and Reilly Maloney, Alison Hoffman and her fiancee Alex Yeakey, Hilary Hoffman, Joshua Hoffman.

GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Jordan, Parker and Lindsey Fuller, Kayla Fuller and her fiance Zach Terstriep, Janelle, Sean and Elizabeth Burner, Elijah, Ethan and Evan Fuller, Jerrod and Jordan Snow, Corban and Cole Baze, Dylan Monahan, Arlee Maynor, Kellan Yeakey.

ONE BROTHER- IN- LAW: James Lehner, and many nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her husband, Eugene, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son in infancy, and a son Martin J. Lehner, four brothers Earl, Norbert, Roy, Clarence “Dutch” Sibbbing and a sister Bertie DeLonjay.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Duker and Haugh Funeral Home and a funeral mass at 10:30 AM in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Msgr. Michael Kuse. Interment will be in Sunset Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday morning from 9:00 -10:00 AM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.     God truly called another angel home – I am grateful for your presence in my and my son Brocks life. Your smile & your sweet, gentle, loving nature will be greatly missed. May God wrap his arms around those who are mourning your loss.
