Frank Hays was fun. Frank enjoyed a good joke, a cold adult beverage and time spent. I enjoyed dining with him at Quincy Exchange Club meetings back in the day. And most of all I enjoyed his personality, his smile, his outlook on life and his laugh. We’re all better for having had some Frank moments. I know I am. My condolences to all of Frank’s family and friends.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mary Lou and all the family at this testing time. God Bless and God Speed Frank. The Badamo Family.
