Funeral services for 77 year old Richard H. Terwelp of Camp Point formerly of Quincy will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at 9:30 A.M. in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home and at
10:00 A.M. in St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
The Rev. Robert Jallas to conduct the services.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Friends are invited and may call Monday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.
There will be a parish prayer service at 5:00 P.M. on Monday.

or Blessing Hospital Foundation for HOSPICE.
