Reba L. Stark, age 86, formerly of Barry, died on Thursday, July 19, 2018 in North Adams Home. She was born Mary 26, 1932 in Humboldt, Tennessee, the daughter of Tom and Mary Jane (Williams) Dawson. Reba married Paul “Double Clutcher” Stark on April 6, 1974. He preceded her in death on July 4, 2009.

Reba had worked for Sunset Supportive Services prior to her retirement.

She was a devoted member of Grandview Baptist Church.

Reba is survived by her children: Christine Bangert of Mendon, Dale Smith and his wife Monika and John Thomas Smith all of Quincy;

Step-children: John Stark, Marsha (Allen) Briner of Kansas City, MO, Harold Stark of Quincy, Donald Stark and his wife Vickie of Dixon, MO, Roger Stark and his wife Val of Quincy, Teresa Bowman and her husband Ty of Quincy.

Grandchildren: Nancy (Michael) Carder, Philip (Kerri) Stark, Michael Jacqueline) Wiegand, Quinton Wiegand, Shawn (Shannyn) Stark, Michelle Stark, Anna Parton, Laura (Ed) Fritchey, Kaitlin (Alec) Prindle, Laura Lawson and Christopher Bowman. Three great grandchild and one great-great grandchild.

Two brothers: Jim and John (Janet) Dawson both of Quincy and many nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by; her parents, her husband, Paul, a son, Leslie Smith and a grandson, Donnie Lee Stark.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Greenmount Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to the graveside services.
