Rayola Jean MIller
Rayola Jean Miller, age 76, of Quincy, died on Friday, August 2, 2024. She was born on October 6, 1947 in Cortez, CO, the daughter of Philip and Doloris (Pulsipher) Winder. She was later adopted by James Warner. She married Gary Miller. He preceded her in death.
Rayola loved her bingo and played bingo for decades. She also liked trips to the casino. Rayola collected bears and angels and enjoyed her sweets. Her favorite time of year was Christmas. She loved all the lights, decorations and her gospel Christmas music. She also leaves behind her beloved canine grandchild, ‘Sophie’.
She is survived by:
CHILDREN: Lucinda Smith, Lisa Massingill, Mike Stambaugh, Larry (Katrina) Stambaugh and April (Matt) Montgomery.
IN -Laws: Mark Massingill and Kevin Matticks.
GRANDCHILDREN: David (Kim) Smith, Mark (Hannah) Smith, Jamie (Travis) Massingill, Jessi (Aaron) Baldwin, Jordan (Emileigh) Massingill, Jared Massingill, Sunny Allen, Samantha Stambaugh, Lakin (Kartney) Smith, Ticarra Rudicil, C.J. ‘Clyde’ (Courtney) Rudicil, Cheyenne Stambuagh, Owen Montgomery, Jersey Montgomery, Kailyn (Mason) Walker, Joseph Montgomery, Mackenzie Montgomery, Janie (Everrette) McGraw.
TWO SISTERS: Janice (Elroy) Mortensen and Diana Warner & a half brother: Harold Moody.
30 Great-grandchildren, her special friend Gerald Dagg and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
In addition to her husband, Rayola was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Amanda Stambaugh Snyder, a daughter in law: Susan Stambaugh and a son in law: David Smith. Also, Brothers James ‘Butchy’ Warner III, Bob Warner, Gerald Warner, and Jess Warner.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 12:00 noon until the time of the services at 1:00. Memorials may be made to the family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
