On every Monday night from 1984 to 1992, I sat next to Skip as his fellow 6th-ward Alderman. Throughout that time, and ever since, he was always kind and respectful of views different than his. We got a lot of stuff done together those eight years under Mayor Vern Hagstrom. He was a great guy and another Quincy Gem… RIP Skip.

Kerri and I wish to send our condolences to the family at the passing of Skip. I knew Skip through soccer and playing against Bernie and Brian. He was a jovial man who always had a smile on his face. We pray for peace and comfort.
