Ralph H. McIntire
Ralph H. McIntire, age 81, of Quincy, died on Monday, February 26, 2024 in Blessing Hospital. He was born on April 10, 1942 in Quincy, Illinois the son of Bert and Helen (Tibbits) McIntire. He married Lynne Balzer on July 9, 1966. She survives.
Ralph worked at Gardner Denver as a painter for many years.
Ralph was an avid Cardinal Baseball fan, liked to watch Quincy Gems games and was a member of the Machinist’s Lodge #822.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by:
TWO CHILDREN: Lisa Bealer and Jeffrey McIntire (Mary) all of Quincy
GRANDCHILDREN: Allison Bealer and Kenndol McIntire, Kamrin McIntire and Kiehl McIntire.
SISTER: Cheryl Howard (Rick)
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, and a son-in-law: Kenneth Bealer and a brother: Robert McIntire.
Cremation rites will be accorded. A Celebration of Ralph’s life will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Wayne worked with Ralph at Gardners for many years. He was a loyal and hard worker. We are so sorry about his health problems and his passing. Our sympathy and prayers.
So sorry for your loss Lynne. Just found out as we dropped the paper. We had a long history together. Going to miss him at the races.
I miss you uncle Ralph 😢 I don’t really remember much memories with you all I remember is how loud it was an how you an aunt Lynn would always come to grandma’s house. An we could alway hear you coming down the street. But I wish I would’ve spent more time with you❤️❤️😢😢 I love you uncle Ralph an aunt Lynn I’m very sorry for your loss ❤️
