Ralph E. Wagy, Jr., age 78, of Loraine, IL, died on Saturday, October 12, 2019 in Blessing Hospital. He was born on July 15, 1941 in Quincy, the son of Ralph E. and Margaret (Simpson) Wagy, Sr. He married Wilda Jean Casto in 1975 in Orlando, FL. She preceded him in death on August 5, 2019.

Ralph was a long-haul truck driver. He enjoyed watching Westerns and the History Channel.

He is survived by two sons; Franklin Edward (Amy Irene) Jones of Loraine, IL and Christopher Todd (Melinda) Wagy of Haines City, FL; a daughter, Margie (Jeff) Plunkett of Tacoma, WA; four grandchildren: Jayden Rene Wagy, Alexa Wagy, Megan Sarah Morgan-Schmidt and Trenton Nathaniel Jones; five brothers: Tony Wagy, Jerry Wagy, Richard (Joyce) Wagy, Robert (Susan) Wagy and Joe (Edna) Wagy. Brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephew also survive.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Wilda Jean and a sister, Margaret Wagy.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There are no services planned at this time. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
