Phyllis was a great person. She was my counselor a few years ago for a short time. Even when she would see me out and about she would say hello. She had a very caring heart and I always enjoyed speaking with her. May she rest in peace and watch over us all. My condolences are with her family and friends. She was a very sweet lady but I have always heard that He only takes the best. Much love Phyllis!! Love you always!
