Phillip Lee “Phil” Tangman age 55, of Quincy died on Monday, November 19, 2018 at 6:50 p.m. in his home. Phil was born July 2, 1963 in East St. Louis, MO a son of Cecil Ray and Hilda Joyce (Neece) Tangman. Phil had worked at Kelly’s Restaurant in Quincy for the last ten years.

He was of the Pentecostal faith. Phil’s greatest enjoyment was his work at Kelly’s.

Survivors include his two daughters, Brittany Tangman and Tiffany Chrisman;
Brothers and Sisters, Michael Tangman, Margaret Sharrow, James Tangman and Cecilia Tangman. Nieces and nephews, Michelle, Corey, Michael, Hillary, Madisyn, Hayley, James, Nicholas and Travis. Great nieces and great-nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Patricia Raymond and Lisa Hardin.

Graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday at the Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home.
