Patrick J. Myers
Patrick J. Myers, age 42, of Payson, IL, died on Thursday, January 14, 2021 in Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born on July 24, 1978 in Carlinville, IL. He married Alice ‘Annie’ Akers on October 30, 2020. She survives.
Patrick was a graduate of Quincy High School and Carl Sandburg Community College. Patrick was a funeral director for the past 22 years.
Patrick was a member of Loraine Methodist Church and also attended The Crossing in Quincy. He was a member of the Mendon Masonic Lodge, the Loraine Lions Club and the Sigma Phi Sigma Mortuary Science Fraternity. Patrick loved to travel and attend live concerts.

HIS MOTHER: Linda Myers of Quincy
HIS CHILDREN: Alexander Myers, Gabriel Myers, Johnathon Myers, Courtney Courson, Colin Courson and Cassandra Courson.
SIBLING: Gary Myers (Lisa Privett)
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Patrick was preceded in death by his father.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at 1:30 at The Crossing. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held at The Crossing on Wednesday morning from 12:30 until the time of the services. Memorials may be made to the Family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
