Patricia Mary Raidt, age 85, of Quincy, died on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in the Good Samaritan Home. She was born in Dubuque, Iowa on February 28, 1931, the daughter of Edward and Ann (Gorski) Dziewior. She married Frank E. Raidt on May 6, 1977 in Carpentersville, Illinois at St. Monica Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on February 23, 2006.
Patricia was a nursing assistant at St. Joseph Hospital, Elgin, Il from 1947 – 1980. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She loved to take walks and was a voracious reader.
Pat was the last of her family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church by Monsignor Michael Kuse. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials may be made to the Quincy Humane Society or Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. The Duker and Haugh Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
