Patricia A. Lake

Patricia A. Lake, age 63, of Quincy, died on Sunday, July 25, 2021 in St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. She was born on January 11, 1958 in Quincy the daughter of James and Marjorie (Kenning) Boesing. She was a graduate of Quincy Notre Dame. Patricia was married to Gary Lake.

Patricia was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Patti loved to sew, cook and to bake. She also enjoyed quilting with the ladies of St. Francis. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by:
SIX CHILDREN: Ben Lake (Karen) of Houston, TX; J.R. Lake (Courtney) of Denver, CO; Mindy Lake of West Lafayette, IN; Lisa Fehner (Peter) of Kansas City, MO; Theresa Barrett (Jessie) of Huntsville, AL and Jennifer Lake of Tulsa,Oklahoma.
FOUR GRANDCHILDREN: Jack & Ryan Lake and Evelyn & Reuben Lake.
SISTER: Kathy Wittler (Gary ‘Rip’) of Quincy
Nieces and nephews, including Andrew Wittler (Kristen) and Gina Druffel (Adam) and other relatives also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM in St. Peter Catholic Church. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the servces at 11:00 AM. Memorials may be made to Christ Haven for Children, Keller, TX or Quincy Humane Society.
