Norma L. Baugher, age 83, of 6821 Joan Ave, Quincy, IL 62305, died on Friday, July 10, 2015 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on January 28, 1932 in Seahorn, IL, the daughter of Ora & Rose Long.

Norma loved the outdoors.

She is survived by her long-time companion Harold Tipton of Quincy.

Children survive, including a daughter: Dianna Sparrow and her husband Richard of LaBelle, MO, grandchildren including Jody Turpin and her husband Cole and Mitchell Smith; great-grandchildren including Tuff Turpin, Lily Turpin, Mikayla Smith, Grayson Smith, and Bradlee Dolbeare.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents, a son Russell Baugher and brothers Robert and Gus Long.

Cremation rites have been accorded. No formal services are planned at this time. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
