Nancy Ellen Mosby

Nancy Ellen Mosby, “Lady Crystal” age 68, of 542 Grant Drive, died on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 10:35 AM in the home of her cousin. She was born on August 15, 1941 in Quincy the daughter of Florine Mosby Signor. Nancy worked at Terrible’s Mark Twain Casino until her retirement.

Nancy was a member of First Baptist Church. She enjoyed Bingo, crocheting, arts & crafts and cooking.

Nancy was survived by:
2 SONS: Carlous Wires and his wife Vivian of Quincy, and Fonso Wires also of Quincy;
FIVE GRANDCHILDREN: Raphael Wires, Carlous Wires, Jr. and his significant other Tamika Latchison; Cobi Wires, Shelby Wires and Chauvesta Wires;
FIVE GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Raphael Wires, Jr., Kamren Wires, Nashyla Jones, Maxwell Wires and Zya Wires;
TWO AUNTS: Carolyn Bell and Yetivie Bolden;
Numerous cousins and other relatives including a very special godchild: Alfred Parrish also survive.

Nancy was preceded in death by her mother and a son Chauvez Eugene Wires.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2010 at 1:00 PM in First Baptist Church. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Family. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
