Mona L. Andrews, age 60, of Quincy, died on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in her home. She was born on February 3, 1961 in Hannibal, MO the daughter of Orville and Peggy (Summers) Andrews. Mona worked for 28 years at the Quincy Housing Authority. She coached little girls and big girls softball. She also volunteered at the Jefferson Community Center for 7 years.

Mona’s favorite thing to do was shooting darts on Thursday nights with family and friends.

She is survived by:
3 DAUGHTERS: Deana Howell (Ross); Amanda Martin and Nicole Andrews (Jacob Laughlin) all of Quincy.
SIBLINGS: Lucky Jackson of Naples, FL; Michael Andrews and JR Andrews both of Quincy; Cinthia Otten (Robin) of West Point, IL: Sharon Andrews of Hannibal, MO; Leslie Gholston (Phil) of Quincy, Valerie Andrews of Peoria, IL and Penny Amos of Creve Couer, IL.
Also surviving is a very special sister-at-heart: Beverly Vaughan (Melvin) of Quincy,
3 GRANDCHILDREN: Kelsie Howell, Aiden Martin and Rylee Andrews all of Quincy.
3 GREAT GRANDSONS: Jonah, Elliott and Sammy Dabney all of Quincy.
Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Mona was preceded in death by her parents, a brother: Shaun Andrews and a sister-in-law: Elli Andrews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the time of the services. Memorials may be made to the Blessing Foundation for Hospice. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
