I am heartbroken to lose Shelly and heartsick for her family. I am sad to be out of the country and unable to attend her funeral. But I think Shelly would want me to live up my last few days of holiday in her honor. She was a dear and loyal friend who once tricked me into eating bear! Shelly also went to great links to help her friends out, like driving me to the Springfield Mall because nothing in Quincy would do. That was before Anazon. But mostly, Shelly was simply great to be around. Her wit and intellect make for great conversations. I will miss my dear friend. My family will pray for hers.
