Michael P. Fisher, age 54, of 3413 Chestnut, lost his brief battle to cancer on Sunday, March 6, 2016 dying at Blessing Hospital. He was born on June 10, 1961 in Quincy the son of Robert A. & Maureen “Corky” (Kerkering) Fisher. Michael worked in Quality Assurance throughout his life. He loved spending time with his nieces and nephews and his two dogs. He will be profoundly missed by his family and friends. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church.

He is survived by:
HIS MOTHER: Maureen Fisher
HIS SISTER: Barbara (Steven) Clark
HIS BROTHER: Steve “Woody” (Theresa) Fisher.
Nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives survive.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 12:00 Noon in St. Francis Catholic Church. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday at St. Francis Catholic Church from 11:00 AM until the time of the services. Memorials may be made to Masses given in Michael’s memory at St. Francis, or to the Cancer Foundation.
